  The company were a pleasure to deal with from the start: a simple, easy process online was quickly followed by an SMS and the communication continued, as required, right up until the evening before delivery. The product itself is just what we need and looks excellent (though it will be a little while before it's all plumbed in) but it was the process of delivery that was outstanding. We'd ordered the largest tank model and the positioning and access weren't exactly straightforward. But Richard was quick to troubleshoot and problem solve and within 10 minutes had a plan to put into action. This involved some some fencing adjustments including post removal (and replacement) and then driving the truck up through the paddock until it was in position to unload. I couldn't have been more impressed with his expertise and skill in getting all aspects of the job done - an absolute legend! Thanks to all involved and especially Richard.

  We had a hassle free purchase with our 22000L tank and couldn't fault the team. Their communication and service they provided from their admin through to the delivery person was 100%. Karina kept us up to date and the tank was made and delivered when they said it would be. We will purchase another tank through these guys, for sure!

  I've purchased two slimline poly rainwater tanks from Orion, a 1000L and a 2000L. I've found the quality to be excellent. In the case of the more recent delivery, the delivery driver even went the extra effort to help position the tank, a task that he was under no obligation to perform. I am grateful for his help.   I've recently taken delivery of my second rainwater tank from Orion. Their prompt, professional and efficient service makes doing business with them a breeze. The tanks are great too; Karina and the team were only too happy to make a small custom modification to suit my requirements. Delivery to our home south of Hobart was no problem. I'm very happy to recommend them.

  Over the past 35 years we have purchased many water tanks for our farm, often through rural supply agencies. Often waiting, being messed around, and having delivery problems. We needed a 26000 tank in a hurry. So I got onto ORION DELORAINE. Their service was prompt, professional,excellent value for money and they delivered on site to the exact location the tank needed to be fitted. What an absolute pleasure it was from being to end.
